Dr. Rudolf spayed my cat. When I tried to schedule the appointment and couldn't get through right away, he called me back. I haven't experienced such kindness in a long time. He was gentle with the cat and explained the procedure very well. The cat is doing well, and I'm very satisfied. I can't understand the negative reviews.

I have been having my dogs treated by Mr. Rudolf for 30 years. The medical care for the animals has always been excellent. His advice has always been outstanding.

I'd give zero stars if I could – We took our seriously ill cat to this emergency clinic this morning. Unfortunately, he was barely examined – the vet only glanced at him, listened to his heart and lungs, gave him an injection, referred us to our regular vet, and said he'd be better soon. He was misdiagnosed. That evening, we had to take our cat to a different veterinary clinic because his condition had deteriorated rapidly. There, they determined he was in acute danger – a proper examination and treatment were urgently needed. Particularly disappointing: On the phone, they immediately emphasized the emergency fee, the conversation was unfriendly, and we felt they were more concerned about money than the animal's well-being. They charged a hefty fee for the inadequate care. In a genuine emergency, we would have expected more care, compassion, and professionalism. I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic.

For several years now, my small dog and my partner and their two cats have been going to Mr. Rudolf. Appointment scheduling and adherence: Excellent Consultation: Excellent Treatment: Excellent Mr. Rudolf provides brief but thorough consultations, prevents unnecessary treatments and costs, and handles the animals with great care. What more could you ask for? I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian and don't understand the negative reviews.
