I'd give zero stars if I could – We took our seriously ill cat to this emergency clinic this morning. Unfortunately, he was barely examined – the vet only glanced at him, listened to his heart and lungs, gave him an injection, referred us to our regular vet, and said he'd be better soon. He was misdiagnosed. That evening, we had to take our cat to a different veterinary clinic because his condition had deteriorated rapidly. There, they determined he was in acute danger – a proper examination and treatment were urgently needed. Particularly disappointing: On the phone, they immediately emphasized the emergency fee, the conversation was unfriendly, and we felt they were more concerned about money than the animal's well-being. They charged a hefty fee for the inadequate care. In a genuine emergency, we would have expected more care, compassion, and professionalism. I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic.

Dr. Rudolf spayed my cat. When I tried to schedule the appointment and couldn't get through right away, he called me back. I haven't experienced such kindness in a long time. He was gentle with the cat and explained the procedure very well. The cat is doing well, and I'm very satisfied. I can't understand the negative reviews.

The vet answers the phone: "Well, if the dog has had this for a few days, then it's probably not urgent. We vets also take holidays. What he would advise me to do: 'Just for fun, call a dentist and see if they'll open their practice for you.' Sorry that I called on Monday, December 30th (not a holiday) and they answered the phone."

We take our cats to Mr. Rudolf and have been very satisfied so far. Appointments are always made possible as long as his schedule allows, and the practice is efficiently run. This means you rarely have to wait, which makes the "outing" much easier for the cats.
