No chance of getting through by phone, even though my pet is acutely ill and receiving treatment. I spent more than an hour waiting in line for several days in a row before being put away. When I asked what tests were performed costing more than €1,000, I received no answer other than "we couldn't find anything." I've rarely had such a bad experience. I hope the practice is interested in improving its services and providing proper care for its patients. In my case, the practice provided abysmally poor service and charged an unbelievable amount of money for it. It's a shame that I can't even find out how this amount is calculated when I ask. My pet is still seriously ill, and I have no chance of reaching anyone! Incredibly disappointing.

This practice comes with our highest and unqualified recommendation. We brought our terrier, Jacky, who had been hit by a car, to the practice yesterday as an emergency case from Ramsen, Switzerland. Ms. Reidl and the entire team provided exceptionally professional, empathetic, and loving care for Jacky and for us. During the difficult hours leading up to the difficult decision, both personal and medical, to let Jacky go, we greatly appreciated their clear and consistently compassionate support and guidance. We thank the entire team and hope that many more small animal patients and their owners will find their way to this practice.

My cat had a large, open wound on its front leg. Since all other practices were closed that afternoon, I went to this practice as soon as it opened. At the reception, I initially felt rather unwelcome and had to do some convincing to get my cat treated. Shortly afterward, however, she received professional, competent care. The veterinarian and the practice team were very friendly and compassionate throughout the treatment. My cat underwent surgery that same day and was able to go home the next day. The treatment was medically sound, but the cost of the surgery and aftercare, at just under €600, was significantly higher than what I paid a few weeks later for a similar injury at another vet in Stockach (less than half the price there). Competent and friendly veterinarians, but there's still room for improvement in the reception area – both in terms of service and pricing.
