We took our Golden Retriever to see Dr. Böhm for a second opinion regarding a lump. Our mother tongue is English, but we can competently understand German. Dr. Böhm spoke very clearly and was very thorough. She made us feel comfortable with our decision not to operate, as the lump is most likely benign. The entire team is incredibly friendly. Thank you! We now have a new vet that we will see for all of Olive's health needs.

This week, we took our 10-year-old Great Dane to the vet for his very first surgery. He needed to have some teeth extracted because he was in pain. Naturally, we were quite worried beforehand. From the very first contact, we felt incredibly well cared for: friendly, calm, professional, and at the same time, very empathetic. Everything was explained clearly, time was taken to answer our questions, and it was evident that the animal's well-being was truly their top priority. We would especially like to thank Dr. Helm. She provided amazing support to our dog and to us as his owners – with a wealth of experience, patience, and a confident presence in every situation. Before the surgery, we were given a clear explanation of the procedure, communication during the operation was reliable, and the aftercare was simply exemplary. Our dog was treated with loving care and was in the best possible hands. The entire experience – both medical and personal – was truly perfect for us. We were always very satisfied, but on June 2nd, 2026, we were turned away because the vet was having surgery and they couldn't say how long it would take. Our dog had a fever of 40°C! He then had to be hospitalized for two days at the veterinary clinic due to thrombocytopenia caused by anaplasmosis. His platelet count was 29,000! It's a real shame, but perhaps the staff should be more sensitive to emergencies and possibly receive better training.

We have a new tiny puppy and I thought I would try this Praxis as it had such good reviews. I feel very confident in the doctors. Booking appts online is great, I have emailed with questions and received prompt answers. I will continue going here. I've been to others with cats previously but love this place the best.
