We were there today for the first time with our dog Marvin. The veterinarian (Dr. Helm) was very nice, very empathetic, and very competent. We also received a very warm welcome at reception. We will definitely come again.

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat Stripy today. Dr. Böhm examined him with great sensitivity and expertise, explaining precisely why letting him go was the best course of action. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend her! We were new patients, and everything from the initial consultation and diagnosis to the final farewell was simply excellent, even though it was an emergency and the practice was very busy! This week, we took our 10-year-old Great Dane to the vet for his very first surgery. He needed to have some teeth extracted because he was in pain. Naturally, we were quite worried beforehand. From the very first contact, we felt incredibly well cared for: friendly, calm, professional, and at the same time, very empathetic. Everything was explained clearly, time was taken to answer our questions, and it was evident that the animal's well-being was truly their top priority. We would especially like to thank Dr. Helm. She provided amazing support to our dog and to us as his owners – with a wealth of experience, patience, and a confident presence in every situation. Before the surgery, we were given a clear explanation of the procedure, communication during the operation was reliable, and the aftercare was simply exemplary. Our dog was treated with loving care and was in the best possible hands. The entire experience – both medical and personal – was truly perfect for us.
