I had a very bad experience with this practice. My dog ​​died on December 30, 2025 (she had to be euthanized at the veterinary clinic). This death was completely senseless and could have been avoided. She had diarrhea for 11 days, and apart from Dia-Tabs and Canicur paste, she received nothing else. I took my dog ​​to the clinic three times. Everywhere I looked, I was told that 2-3 days of diarrhea is acceptable with a bland diet, plenty of fluids, and supplements. However, after 11 days, acute treatment was necessary. No treatment was given; they claimed it was a run-down infection and that I should continue with the bland diet. On December 25, 2025, the situation escalated, and my dog ​​became extremely ill and was bleeding from the intestines. The veterinary clinic in Wasbek fought for her for six days. Unfortunately, my dog ​​lost the battle. I would never go to this practice again. I miss my dog ​​so incredibly much and my little world has stopped.

First of all, I must commend Ms. Lens Maes, and the two stars are solely for her. She is a good veterinarian, approaches the horses calmly and without stress, consults with the owners, and is very concerned about the horse's well-being. She does everything to ensure the animal is comfortable and doesn't suffer. The same cannot be said of her colleague, Dr. Tanja Randow, who is a real brute. She doesn't engage with the horse, is restless, and doesn't consult with the owners. She speaks ill of the owners, even accusing them of wanting to get rid of the animal. She forces treatments on the animal to keep it alive (which was just a gimmick and ultimately didn't help, as the owners had predicted). And she has a condescending attitude, like she knows everything better, like she's a goddess in white. This woman is absolutely not recommended.

I visited the practice with my cat today for the first time and was very satisfied! All the staff were friendly, and the practice made a modern impression as soon as I walked in. I felt very well looked after with my cat and can only say that we would love to come back! I also really liked the fact that there were different waiting rooms for the animals! This review is very difficult for me to write. My dog ​​died after suffering terribly following incorrect medication. The vet gave me too high a dose, which I administered to my dog. The vet admitted her mistake and apologized, but that doesn't bring my dog ​​back. That night was horrific as I helplessly watched my dog ​​gradually succumb to her fate. I can't get those images out of my head. This dog was with me through two bouts of cancer. My pain is indescribable; I gave her the medication because I trusted the vet. Because of this experience, I have lost all trust and cannot recommend this vet! I have reported this incident to the veterinary association.
