A fantastic and competent veterinarian who takes ample time with each patient and treats them with compassion—for both owner and animal. Finally, a practice where I feel my dog ​​is in good hands. The icing on the cake is the friendly receptionist. A huge plus, after my last practice, where the opposite was true. I'd happily drive a few more miles for all that. Highly recommended.

We came to the practice on a recommendation and were immediately impressed. We were greeted warmly and understandingly at the reception desk. Mr. Klimek is very empathetic, caring, competent, and professional—simply the kind of vet you'd want. 😊 We adopted a 10-year-old dog from the animal shelter and weren't sure what needed to be done. Mr. Klimek explained everything thoroughly, explaining what was important, and didn't push anything. We felt in good hands, and our Bruno received excellent care. We would love to come back! We're happy to make the 1 hour 20-minute drive. Thank you so much for everything!❤️☀️

We ended up at this practice due to an emergency: our dog had injured her paw. They got us in that same evening, and we were very pleased with the calm and patient way they handled our anxious dog. By scheduling appointments, the dog is spared the stress of waiting. The assistant is very accommodating, and the vet is friendly and competent. Parking is available directly in front of the building.

Taking our cat to this veterinary practice was the best decision we ever made! Excellent advice and explanations, and a very sensitive and individualized approach to the animal! My boxer Lolo and I came all the way from Munich to this practice. I really appreciate that Mr. Klimek addresses my dog's age-specific issues and takes so much time with him. You're not just a number, like in so many other practices. We also got advice regarding his fear of New Year's Eve fireworks and took some medication home with us. Mr. Klimek explained everything very thoroughly and was generally very gentle with Lolo. Highly recommended!
