Very helpful in sorting out the medication to allow my dog to return home to the UK

Awesome vets work here! Their team of vets is great, I have dealt with 2 of them already and they take their time to talk to you as well as to your pet. I trust them with my doggy's health. They have a 24 hour emergency service. P.S. Don't get irritated by their team of helpers, they are apprentices.

I am very happy with the visit, because I’ve got finally the proper answers and suggestions regarding the treatment. They were super nice and we will go definitely back 🙏🏻💕

I've been at the clinic with my cat three times with a problem of constipation. The cat was diagnosed megacolon only after the third visit. However, after the second visit the doctor specified that it was not megacolon. There was less than a week between appointments. There's no way it could just appear that fast. After the 3rd appointment we were given pain killer because of supposed back pain which was never there before. I assume that the vets caused some damage during the visit and didn't tell us. Because after the visit the cat was very careful about her movements and she tensed when I touched her lower back. After the 2nd procedure she pooped immediately after getting home and then a day later again and it was hard as stone. So I assume they didn't clean even close to everything and didn't tell us that either We were also told the cat had worms, which we never saw in poop or vomit neither before nor after. We were given a medicine that we used and after we used it the cat lost fur on that spot and the skin was very irritated. The doctors ignored some of my questions and descriptions of symptoms. The cat vomited with yellow foam right during the 3rd appointment and the doctor didn't even take a look.
