Best veterinary practice ever! I had previously been to two other veterinary clinics because of my dog's grass allergy. For over two years, he received Cytopoint, Apoquel, and other medications, but they didn't really help. Then, on a recommendation, I went to Dr. Steinel, and it was the best decision. You can immediately tell that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He is constantly expanding his knowledge and pays very close attention to detail. Today, my dog ​​only needs a much weaker tablet and is almost completely symptom-free. That was absolutely not the case before. The team is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. You feel comfortable right away, whether in the waiting area or the examination room. Everyone goes out of their way to help each patient. I don't understand the negative reviews about the phone line. It's often busy with emergencies, so it's not always possible to get through immediately. I'm simply grateful to have finally found someone who has truly helped my dog. I highly recommend them!
