A wonderfully empathetic and kind veterinarian who takes plenty of time for her patients. She pays attention to every detail and gets to the root of the problem – not just treating the symptoms. Where possible, she uses gentle natural healing methods. We've also received support over the phone, and even last-minute same-day appointments are possible in urgent situations. Dr. Hentschel is completely dedicated to our furry friends. Highly recommended!

Since adopting our dog, we've been going to Dr. Hentschel and Dr. Bolsinger on the recommendation of our trainer. They both handle him wonderfully and are very patient. They don't always immediately resort to medication for every patient; instead, they often try to resolve issues more naturally first, so as not to put any further strain on the animals. We are very happy with the practice and highly recommend it.
