Helpful staff and reasonable price - helped my honey prepare for her trip back home to Michigan.

Conventionally and professionally speaking, it's certainly a competent practice. Without an appointment, on a Saturday, but not for an emergency at 11:30 am. No other patients were on the waiting list, yet still no chance. I was referred to an address in Kandel. Since I had come all the way from Annweiler, I could just as easily drive to Kandel, of course. I could have called instead of getting in the car and driving off, full of worry. My mistake. I'm trying to become a robot that always works perfectly. Thanks for nothing.

We took our rodent here after our usual vet couldn't help us any further. I'm surprised at how well cared for we were here. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We got an appointment immediately in the emergency, and they acted quickly. Even though our rodent was already too weak and ultimately didn't make it, I'm grateful to the entire team for everything they did! I wouldn't choose any other vet.
