I called today and since an appointment had been cancelled, we were seen immediately as a replacement. Our two Siberian Forest Cats were very well cared for; all our questions were answered individually, and the staff responded very flexibly and without complications, especially with the animals' well-being in mind. We've already scheduled another appointment, as we were very satisfied and would only entrust my two cats to good hands.

I had a dog to rehome; she's a patient of Dr. Dagmar, and she contacted me immediately and was very helpful in finding her a new home as quickly as possible. Many thanks, Dr. Dagmar! And Kira now has a new, loving mom!
