It might be good, but nice is something else entirely, and my animals sensed that and weren't as relaxed as usual. The price is also more expensive than with my original vet. I've been there a few times over the past nine years when my vet was on vacation or sick, and unfortunately, it was the same every time.
She is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian; the animal's well-being is her top priority. She's not just focused on making money; for minor issues, she talks to us and considers whether it makes sense to go down the expensive route and run countless tests, or whether it would be better to start with medication, which has never proven to be the wrong approach.
