If I could give zero stars, I would! Three emergencies in three years (during their opening hours), and three times we received no help. In 2020, our dog was hit by a car – they refused us an appointment. In 2023, our dog couldn't recover from an epileptic seizure – they refused us because they didn't have an appointment. In March 2024, our puppy with giardia was panting and vomiting, collapsed, and urgently needed IV fluids and medication. He's now in the veterinary hospital! First, there was a 20-minute argument on the phone because another vet wasn't available. Then, the vet refused to take an infected dog into her practice! After another 10-minute argument, they offered an appointment in three hours, even though we knew the dog might not survive because he had collapsed! Absolutely appalling! This has NOTHING to do with animal welfare!

She's great at handling the animals, and we're always very satisfied with the treatment. She's also available in an emergency. Whenever we have problems with our four-legged friends, we always go to this practice because everything just works. 👍🏼Friendly, competent, and not too expensive :)

My mother's dog (15 years old) fell down the stairs at night and couldn't get up in the morning. Although my mother called early in the morning, Dr. [Name] wouldn't come until the afternoon. The idea of ​​a "compassionate" veterinarian is neither comprehensible nor applicable in this case. We had to call another veterinarian... As the treating veterinarian, after nine months, this is a reaction—wow! Just so you know: The dog is dead—the other veterinarian "handled it satisfactorily."

Although the website said the business was open, it was closed. No one answered the phone. Please at least indicate online that you are closed, or otherwise use a familiar tactic when calling.

Absolutely outrageous! According to the practice's opening hours, they should be open from 10:00 AM. My appointment was at 10:20 AM, and by 10:35 AM no one was there, nor could I reach them by phone!
