Thank you so much for the incredibly fast help for our Volvo! His eyes were terribly inflamed, including conjunctivitis. We had previously called two other vets, but they weren't accepting new patients and told us to call back in a week or two. Then we found this post and called at 6:15 pm. We were able to come in immediately, and the vet examined and treated Volvo and gave us antibiotic eye drops. Thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated help! After just 2.5 hours, his eyes already look much better, and he's back to playing and romping around, our little cat. Thank you again; we can absolutely recommend this very friendly vet.

It's incredible that in these strange modern times, such a warm and caring veterinarian with such a genuine passion for animal medicine still exists. Sadly, our cat's time had come, and Dr. Holzschuh supported us through this difficult time. Despite her personal situation, she saw us immediately at 9:30 pm and made Barney's final journey as easy as possible. Although we aren't regular clients with our cats, Dr. Holzschuh treated us without any problems after a brief phone consultation. Even our children had a very positive experience despite the somber atmosphere. And of course, it must be said: here, you won't be ripped off with multiple price increases (like some practices in Dülmen do, trying to make a quick buck even after your beloved pet has died)!!! We felt very well cared for and will definitely return to this practice.
