Yesterday, on the advice of our veterinarian, we visited this practice for the first time. Our rabbit, Krümel, was very ill. Although we had to wait a long time (1.5 hours), we received very thorough and compassionate advice. After several examinations by Ms. Kirchbeck, she suggested that we have Krümel euthanized. She took ample time for us, even though it was already after 6 p.m. and several other patients were still waiting. We were able to say goodbye to Krümel in peace and felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!

We are absolutely thrilled! Ms. Kirchbeck is not only extremely competent professionally, but also incredibly warm and friendly. We especially appreciate her dedication and empathy, which allows her to find creative solutions even when things get complicated.
