They really help you here. A superbly organized practice, no long waiting times, and great staff. I took my daughter's hamster there and can highly recommend the practice.

Pure disappointment. This practice used to be animal-centered. Now it's only focused on money! They charge exorbitant fees, up to four times the standard rate for euthanasia for a cat, compared to other practices in the Coesfeld district and even the Ruhr area! Animals are barely examined during vaccinations (the main thing is to bill for every single item). The fact that the animal then required palliative care four weeks later is met with no interest whatsoever in understanding why. This practice operates solely for profit, not for ethical or medical reasons. And having a different veterinarian each time isn't ideal, especially when the vet doesn't even know the animal! We're talking about a veterinary practice here, not a large clinic! I will never take my animals there again.

I am absolutely thrilled with this veterinary practice! The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and competent. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. All the staff members take their time, explain everything clearly, and patiently answer any questions. My dog ​​was treated with loving care, and we felt well looked after at all times. The organization and appointment scheduling are also seamless, and waiting times are short. Thank you so much for the wonderful care – we will gladly return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

As always, New Year's Eve comes around so suddenly that you forget you wanted to pick up some medication from your regular vet, who's closed between the holidays. And then you have to get it from the vet covering for them... Thank you for the thorough, patient, and expert advice! We were fully informed about the risks and side effects of the medication. And you're definitely not pressured into anything. If we ever need to go there for an emergency visit, we know for sure we're in good hands.
