I called outside of office hours because of an emergency with a dog I'm very fond of while he's on vacation. Unfortunately, I didn't get the impression that Ms. Reif is truly dedicated to her work. She immediately told me she wasn't holding office hours and turned me away. She didn't ask what kind of animal it was, let alone what was wrong with it. I absolutely cannot recommend her.

Absolutely top-notch veterinarian. We've been taking our herding and livestock guardian dogs to her for quite some time now. I can't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Reif is always there for us with advice and support, gives recommendations, but also refers us to other vets when specialized services are needed or the necessary equipment isn't available in her practice. She has also helped many animals belonging to our friends and acquaintances. We are extremely satisfied, and I'm really picky when it comes to veterinarians. She always had a listening ear and offered advice that prioritized the animal's well-being over financial gain, something that unfortunately often goes unnoticed by many veterinarians. I am very grateful to her for her support, especially during the final days.
