I just called that lovely lady because our dog is suffering from cancer and is in a terrible state. Unfortunately, since we haven't been to her yet, she dismissed me coldly. That's what I call a passionate veterinarian...! Unfortunately, I've heard negative experiences with her in the past, and now my experience has been confirmed.

A veterinarian with heart and soul! When I called Dr. Reif outside of office hours and told her my little house cat wasn't feeling well, Dr. Reif didn't hesitate for a second and told me to come by. Once there, she took her time and lovingly cared for my little Helga. She explained everything to me. A practice where I feel like I'm in good hands with my furry friends. A lifesaver! I called outside of office hours because of an emergency with a dog I'm very fond of while he's on vacation. Unfortunately, I didn't get the impression that Ms. Reif is truly dedicated to her work. She immediately told me she wasn't holding office hours and turned me away. She didn't ask what kind of animal it was, let alone what was wrong with it. I absolutely cannot recommend her.

I can only say that she took excellent care of me and my dog ​​right to the end. She always had a listening ear and offered advice that prioritized the animal's well-being over financial gain, something that unfortunately often goes unnoticed by many veterinarians. I am very grateful to her for her support, especially during the final days.

Absolutely top-notch veterinarian. We've been taking our herding and livestock guardian dogs to her for quite some time now. I can't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Reif is always there for us with advice and support, gives recommendations, but also refers us to other vets when specialized services are needed or the necessary equipment isn't available in her practice. She has also helped many animals belonging to our friends and acquaintances. We are extremely satisfied, and I'm really picky when it comes to veterinarians.
