I've been there several times now... My three dogs are all terrified of vets... we can always wait in the car and are called in as soon as it's our turn... the wait time is perfectly fine. Furthermore, everyone there is super nice and calm, which is obviously important for the animals during treatment. I feel well cared for there. The price is perfectly reasonable. I'm so glad I found this veterinary practice! It's not easy to find someone who spays female rabbits – so I'm thrilled to have found them. Dr. Kloß gave me excellent advice right from the start. I immediately felt comfortable and understood. The surgery was deliberately scheduled for about two months later because my rabbit lives outdoors and shouldn't be operated on in winter – I thought that was very thoughtful. I dropped her off the evening before, and the next day at noon I was able to call to hear how everything went. The surgery went perfectly, and I was able to pick her up that evening. They even gave me pain medication to take home – perfectly dosed. Two days later, I went back for a follow-up appointment with an antibiotic injection. The final check-up is in ten days. And I also have to say: the receptionists are simply wonderful – incredibly friendly, attentive, and always in good spirits. The surgery went perfectly, and I was able to pick her up again that evening. My rabbit came through the surgery wonderfully, is eating well, and is active and lively – it's so lovely to see. And the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The excellent care is well worth the money. All in all, a highly recommended practice – many thanks to the whole team!

Our cat was constantly scratching herself, even bleeding from a spot. The vet, based on her experience, gave her an injection and said we wouldn't have to go through the expensive tests right away. I'm very happy about that, because the treatment worked wonderfully.
