Reviews
An incredibly patient and friendly veterinarian. I took my dog to the emergency service and can highly recommend it!
A highly dedicated and competent practice; everyone is very friendly, empathetic, communicative, caring, and solution-oriented towards their animal patients. Highly recommended! 🌺
A very friendly and professional team of staff. Our Golden Retriever had to stay overnight. We gladly make the trip when our dogs need veterinary care. Many thanks to all the staff!
You feel well cared for, all concerns are listened to, and everyone from reception to the doctor takes enough time!
Subject: Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kloß and the entire practice team Dear Dr. Kloß, dear practice team, I would like to sincerely thank you and the entire team, and especially Dr. Kloß, for saving my dog. Please excuse the long story, but I think it might be helpful to others. I live in Stendal, and when my dog developed salivary gland inflammation, I initially consulted a local veterinarian. He cut open the inflamed area and prescribed an antibiotic without conducting any tests beforehand. The antibiotic didn't work, my dog's condition worsened, and the veterinarian's only response was to cut open the inflamed area again. This delayed the treatment so much that ultimately, surgery was the only option. This veterinarian charged a large sum of money, even though, as a recipient of government assistance and without German language skills, I can hardly work. At that point, I no longer had enough money for the operation. Luckily, an acquaintance recommended Dr. Kloß's clinic to me. Only at this clinic were tests performed, the correct treatment prescribed, and later, since treatment had started too late previously, a successful operation carried out. My dog Shifu, a three-year-old Shih Tzu, is very important to me. He was by our side during difficult times when we, as a family, sought shelter from bombs in the cellar, and he is a great friend to my autistic son. Only Dr. Kloß, with his big heart, reacted and helped. I will always be grateful to him for saving my dog and sparing me the pain of losing him. I wish Dr. Kloß and the entire team health, prosperity, grateful clients, and a peaceful Germany. 🙏🏼🙌💗💗💗 Sincerely, Anastasia Tereshchenko
