Subject: Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kloß and the entire practice team Dear Dr. Kloß, dear practice team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team, especially Dr. Kloß, for saving my dog. Please excuse the long story, but I think it might be helpful to others. I live in Stendal, and when my dog developed an inflamed salivary gland, I first consulted a local veterinarian. He incised the inflamed area and prescribed an antibiotic without conducting any tests first. The antibiotic didn't work, my dog's condition worsened, and the veterinarian's only response was to incise the inflamed area again. This delayed treatment so much that surgery was ultimately the only option. This veterinarian demanded a lot of money, even though I'm on state benefits and can barely work. At that point, I didn't have enough money for the surgery. Fortunately, a friend recommended Dr. Kloß's clinic to me. Only in this clinic were tests performed, the correct treatment prescribed, and later, because treatment had been started too late, a successful operation performed. My dog, Shifu, a three-year-old Shih Tzu, is very important to me. He was by our side during difficult times when we as a family were sheltering from bombs in the basement, and he is a great friend to my autistic son. Only Dr. Kloss, with his big heart, responded and helped. I will always be grateful to him for saving my dog and sparing me the pain of losing him.
