The veterinarian seemed very competent, professional, and personable. She wasn't gentle with our dog, but she was still affectionate. We appreciated that. The prices are standard, not overpriced.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this veterinary practice. On the phone, a staff member gave me an estimate of around €600, which I considered acceptable for the treatment. However, the final bill turned out to be a staggering €860 instead of the quoted €600. What particularly upset me was that these prices were apparently fixed from the outset. Instead of informing me of the actual, final costs or explaining any potential additional charges, I was given a significantly lower figure. Had I been given the full, realistic costs from the beginning, I could have prepared myself. Transparent communication about the actual costs is a given for me as a customer. It's extremely frustrating to budget for a specific amount and then receive a much higher bill without any warning. For me, this lack of communication and the unexpectedly high costs constituted a clear breach of trust. Based on this experience, I will avoid this practice in the future and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Competence and compassion! I've come to know Dr. Beeke not only as a highly competent veterinarian for my horse, but also as an incredibly friendly and kind person. A definite recommendation! 😊
