We came because our dog was really unwell. We were warmly welcomed, listened to kindly, and received immediate help!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for your love for the animal and kindness to the owner... Ferdi and family are eternally grateful, even though all you can do now is minimize the damage... we will be back and we will stay! Thank you for your quick action!!

We took our dog Falco to be neutered, unfortunately it was medically necessary. We felt very well cared for, and Falco tolerated the anesthesia and the recovery period very well. We were able to get an appointment without a long wait. Excellent! Many thanks to the whole team. Regina Hufnagl

I've been taking my guinea pigs to this practice since I was a child. One of my guinea pigs even lived to be 12 years old thanks to the excellent care they received. Now, we've been taking our cats and both therapy dogs there for many years. Throughout all these years, we've always been treated kindly and with great expertise. Whether it was a complex surgery or a sad farewell at the end of an animal's life... we've always felt we were in good hands. Thank you to the whole team!

A definite 5 stars!! We have two miniature Maltese who prefer to observe the vet from afar, but they can't always avoid the trip... Since we got them, we've been going to this veterinary practice, and it's second to none in terms of friendliness or expertise. The animals' well-being is always the top priority at this practice, and whenever we've needed an urgent appointment, we've never been turned away and have always been greeted with the same friendly welcome. We have 100% confidence in this veterinary practice, especially in Dr. Augenstein, who has known our little ones since they were puppies! I'm always delighted to see that the animals are the priority there, and no treatment is performed unless absolutely necessary, even if it means less revenue!
