Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I especially cannot recommend Dr. Mager. She is not competent in treating cats. Dr. Radzey is much better! Despite this, the blood test failed to detect hyperthyroidism. They tried to treat her liver when she simply needed drops. After going from doctor to doctor, I finally received the correct diagnosis. The photo shows Tigerin in the final stages of her illness.
I like the practice and the whole team. Yes, sometimes you have to wait even with an appointment, but it's not a big deal. Things come up sometimes. Unfortunately, they couldn't help our dog, but that was more our fault than the vets'. They did everything they could to save her. I got an appointment for my tortoise at short notice and she was treated well. It's a shame I used to go to a different practice. I didn't trust vets for a long time, but that's changed now. At this point, THANK YOU to the whole team. Keep up the good work!
Highly recommended. I've been taking our dogs and cats there for almost 10 years, and no matter what time I call, I can always come in right away. I've had excellent experiences with all the vets there. Everything is always discussed and explained openly and transparently. Our Bernese Mountain Dog is actually quite a challenging dog, but with calm and patience, anything is possible. We feel very well cared for there with our furry friends. The whole team is always incredibly friendly, and they always follow up with a phone call afterward. Great team, thank you so much!
We've been taking our two dogs, Emma (9) and Frieda (14), to this practice for about three years now and have always been very satisfied – from vaccinations and minor treatments to spaying and dental work. A few days ago, Emma needed to receive an IV for several hours each day on two separate occasions, and I spent that time with her in the waiting room. This gave me a good impression of the daily routine at the practice: despite being very busy, the entire team remained friendly, patient, and attentive throughout. I especially appreciated that both the staff and the veterinarians checked on Emma regularly and also asked how I was feeling. They even offered me something to drink and a little food for Emma – a truly thoughtful gesture. This is a practice you can trust completely. Thank you to the whole team!
Our dog was mistreated here for months (Lyme disease with obvious symptoms) until she finally suffered a stroke and died. Even four years later, this still haunts me.
