The veterinary assistant is also very nice and kept my cat calm during injections, temperature checks, and abdominal palpation. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need, but always prioritize the animals' well-being. They are always very friendly, and their prices are really quite reasonable compared to other practices! They are not only incredibly competent and attentive to the animals, but also very caring.
