I've been a patient at this practice for decades and have always been very satisfied. However, I have a group of fancy mice that were rescued from very poor conditions (animal hoarding). I'm extremely dissatisfied with the treatment and appalled when they suggested euthanizing the sick mouse and sending it to a lab to test for the specific germs and then prescribe the correct antibiotic. That's completely unacceptable to me. I would have had to pay for everything, and the mice would have been treated like guinea pigs! I will never take my fancy mice there again!

We were recommended this practice as a holiday replacement for Dr. Pflanz (Fellbach) and we are thrilled. A highly competent avian veterinarian, a friendly team, and easy parking. An excellent replacement!

The staff is really very nice, and I don't know how dogs or cats are treated, but if you have a budgie, I would advise against going there. My budgie had an eye infection, and we were prescribed an ointment. It improved a little, but then the infection came back. He also lost a lot of feathers. We were told to put him on a diet. A few weeks later, I took my budgie back to the vet because he was extremely weak and couldn't fly at all. And suddenly, when it seemed like there was nothing left to do but euthanize him, we were told he had a brain tumor. It broke my heart…

Dr. Münker is a bird and reptile specialist. We entrusted her with our turtles and budgies and have never been disappointed. She is also very empathetic toward the animals—and their owners. She always has good advice on animal care. Her entire practice team is also very friendly.
