Thank you so much for the quick, competent, and above all, loving care of our Coton de Tulear, Hairy! We were there as an emergency on Christmas Eve because Hairy was showing signs of severe pain in his right leg. He was examined and treated with great sensitivity. He was feeling much better the next day. Many thanks to the team in Groß Leuthen, especially to Ms. Thieke!

We're fairly new to this practice, as we just moved here. So far, we've taken our two cats there for checkups and vaccinations, and we've had a fantastic experience: The team is friendly, accommodating, and flexible. The new practice (they've just moved) is modern and well-equipped, and the vets seem very competent and have a wonderful way with the animals. We'll be back!

After being dissatisfied with the advice we received at another veterinary practice, we switched our princess, Abby, to the team of Mr. Richter and Ms. Thieke. We immediately felt wonderfully cared for and supported at this veterinary practice. For many years, we consistently received thorough and empathetic advice, and our angel was treated in the best possible way. Even when the practice wasn't equipped for a necessary examination or treatment, they immediately helped us find suitable specialists. We were never advised on unnecessary treatments – this team truly cares about the animals' well-being. I have absolutely no complaints; we were completely satisfied for many years. Every team member goes above and beyond, is empathetic, and explains every step of the treatment. A truly wonderful practice with incredibly kind and compassionate people. My dog ​​Oskar wasn't feeling well, and it had to be on New Year's Eve! But who was on duty? One phone call and we got an appointment, and the practice itself is amazing, especially the equipment. They were able to analyze his blood work immediately, and I only had to wait a short while. Everyone treated Oskar and me very kindly, and while I was waiting for the results, I got a glimpse of everything the three on-call vets were working on.
