After being dissatisfied with the advice we received at another veterinary practice, we switched our princess, Abby, to the team of Mr. Richter and Ms. Thieke. We immediately felt wonderfully cared for and supported at this veterinary practice. For many years, we consistently received thorough and empathetic advice, and our angel was treated in the best possible way. Even when the practice wasn't equipped for a necessary examination or treatment, they immediately helped us find suitable specialists. We were never advised on unnecessary treatments – this team truly cares about the animals' well-being. I have absolutely no complaints; we were completely satisfied for many years. Every team member goes above and beyond, is empathetic, and explains every step of the treatment. We thank them for their exceptional care over the years, their open ears, and their patience until the very end. This practice is very easy to reach. You can get an appointment quite quickly. The vets, two of whom I've already met, are very friendly and empathetic with the animals. I've been there with my dog ​​and my cat. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly and explain things beforehand. So far, I can recommend this practice.

Many of them were good. But for the first time, I had the impression that everyone at this practice was working together as a team. At times, two veterinarians, one male veterinarian, and two assistants were calmly, friendly, and professionally working at the examination table to save my Filou (dog). And they succeeded! 😅😄♥️ While I waited, they offered coffee, kind words, and water. The treatment lasted a total of four hours, and I always felt comfortable. The bill was transparent and fair. Thank you all so much! In the future, you will be our practice of choice, even though we live in Pirna and only spend the occasional long weekend here! The entire team is incredibly kind to animals, friendly, and very empathetic with both patients and owners. The vets and veterinary assistants are highly competent, take their time to answer questions, and explain everything clearly. They don't sugarcoat anything during consultations; they speak openly about the chances of success. The long opening hours are also a plus, allowing for flexible scheduling. In urgent cases, you can even come outside of regular hours by prior arrangement – ​​a service that is anything but standard.
