My dog ​​had an emergency on a Sunday, and this vet was on call. She reassured me right from the start on the phone and was very helpful. Once I arrived at the clinic, my dog ​​received immediate care, and I was given excellent advice. I have rarely met such a friendly and empathetic vet who truly takes the time for both owner and animal.

A warm and competent veterinarian – highly recommended! Our cat Mauzi suddenly became ill and desperately needed help. We couldn't reach Dr. Hinze by phone at first, but she called us back immediately – that alone was a very pleasant surprise. We were able to bring our kitten in that same day. The chemistry between her and Mauzi was instant, and we knew right away that we were in good hands. Since Mauzi was very ill, Dr. Hinze offered to keep her overnight for observation. She truly left no stone unturned in her efforts to help our cat – for that, we are incredibly grateful. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Mauzi in the end, with heavy hearts. Even in this sad moment, Dr. Hinze was incredibly supportive. It's rare to find such a friendly, warm, helpful, competent, and personable veterinarian! My veterinarian of choice for years: Whenever there's something wrong with our tiger fur, Ms. Hinze lovingly takes care of every problem. Her calm demeanor and the way she interacts with her animal patients are noticeable, so much so that after the treatment, our cat doesn't want to go back into the carrier, from which he was previously very difficult to get out... 😉🤣 May Ms. Hinze remain with us as a practicing veterinarian for a long time to come...
