We had a truly horrific experience. Yesterday, we took our puppy to this vet as an emergency. This vet opened our dog's mouth so wide that he screamed terribly, and the vet simply wouldn't stop. Only when my daughter screamed in terror and my husband pushed the vet's arms away from our dog did he finally let up. It's awful! How could a vet behave like that?!
