The best veterinary practice in the area! They are incredibly dedicated, patient, and provide loving care! Everything is explained in detail, they are always available to listen, and they treat emergencies immediately! Our Berta feels very comfortable there! Say what you will, but this is definitely the best veterinarian in all of LDS, that's for sure. Mr. and Mrs. Lorenz are simply old-school and the epitome of calm. I would absolutely entrust my animals to this practice, and you can believe me, I've experienced some truly horrible veterinarians. Little Elli watched with trembling, but she was always happy afterward (even without her imaginary puppies).
We've only recently become patients of Dr. Lorenz and his wife. In this short time, they've already helped us tremendously. They're a wonderfully empathetic doctor couple, and both are highly competent.

One star is too much! My review here is solely for the extremely unfriendly receptionist, who has absolutely no empathy. We wanted to come in during opening hours with an emergency concerning our dog. This wasn't possible, as they only operate by appointment. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a veterinarian in this profession. Luckily, we found a competent and very friendly veterinary practice nearby shortly after 7:00 pm!
