I absolutely cannot recommend this practice if you care about your pet. 🚫 Firstly, there is a massive lack of empathy and expertise regarding feline behavior. My normally very sweet and easy-going cat was called a "scratcher" during a painful bladder examination – a completely inappropriate reaction to an animal simply expressing pain. Furthermore, the vet misinterpreted her discomfort (smacking noises) during the chiropractic treatment as "pleasure." Anyone familiar with cats knows that smacking noises outside of eating signal stress and discomfort. Such misinterpretations and the lack of sensitivity are, in my opinion, a sign of incompetence, which has also been confirmed by reports from other former patients. In addition, I believe the prices are high compared to other practices in the area and are completely disproportionate to the service provided and the way the animal is treated. The only positive thing: The waiting times in the examination room were short. However, that is far from sufficient to justify having my animal treated there again.
