This vet was on emergency duty yesterday, October 4, 2025! When we tried to call, no one answered! The next time we tried, her husband answered, saying, "She'll take care of the child and call back." Why is she on emergency duty then? Can't her husband take care of the child? By the time we get back, our little angel has sadly passed away 😭 This lady can be sure that this incident will be reported to the veterinary association! It could happen to others too... If the husband can't take care of the child, then they shouldn't be offering emergency services! For this lady, greed over life!!!

I've been taking Luna (10 years) and Matteo (3 years) to this practice. Today, Luna had an eye removed, and everything went perfectly. I can only say it's a special veterinary practice. Not only the dogs, but also the people are treated with great respect and love. I'm so grateful that I found you 10 years ago and can wholeheartedly recommend you. After our rabbit Leo suffered a sudden emergency with an overflowing stomach and our vet was unfortunately unavailable, I luckily remembered Dr. Ebert's name. Unfortunately, she wasn't there either, but Dr. Fisarova took just as excellent care of him. They didn't hesitate for a second; we were immediately admitted as new patients, and Leo stayed in the hospital for a few hours. We were given everything we needed for the night, even an emergency number. We're absolutely thrilled with the entire team; everyone is so caring and friendly! I'm sure he wouldn't have made it without this swift help. 🫶🏼 A truly fantastic practice!
