When my dog ​​Rookie suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, I was able to visit the practice without an appointment (as a new patient!) and was called in for treatment within less than 5 minutes. Throughout the entire treatment period (daily, for 3 consecutive days), Rookie was always well cared for, and I was kept fully informed. Dr. Kaehlert and the entire team impressed me not only with their professional expertise but also with their empathetic and friendly manner, which gave me a great deal of reassurance during this difficult time.
