I have three cats. This was our first visit to this practice after our move. We needed vaccinations. Everything went quite well. What I liked best was the ample and convenient parking! The assistant and the vet were friendly. Otherwise, the prices are normal and the service is good. If nothing changes in that regard, this will probably become our regular practice. We'll see...

Very friendly and thorough. Clean and quick work. I find the often-criticized costs completely justified. Price and service are excellent. Here, the animals are the focus and very well cared for.

I am very dissatisfied with my recent visit to this veterinary practice. My cat, who is now 20 years old, has had several surgeries there and is well known to the attending veterinarian. Before the last procedure, it was clearly and explicitly discussed with the receptionist – in the presence of a veterinarian – that two tumors were to be removed. Unfortunately, only one tumor was removed during the operation. When I pointed out to the veterinarian after the procedure that two tumors should have been removed, I was told that she hadn't been informed. I find this statement incomprehensible, as the decision had been clearly communicated beforehand. It was all the more disappointing that I was then told, without apology, to simply make another appointment to have the second tumor removed. I found the veterinarian's comment that my cat was already 20 years old particularly disconcerting. To me, this sounded like an excuse for an incomplete procedure. Unfortunately, it seems that a second appointment was deliberately pressured – possibly to generate additional costs. I would have expected more professionalism, attention, and respect for my animal and for me as a long-time customer. The trust I had built up over years has been severely shaken by this incident.
