Dr. Stamnitz has been caring for our Dori for nine years now – regardless of the day of the week or time of day, he has always been there for us. Whether for surgeries or other treatments, we have always felt we received competent, loving, and empathetic care. The reception staff are also always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Another thank you goes to Ms. Pannhorst for the physiotherapy. She has been supporting Dori for many years with great dedication, understanding, and valuable tips that are always helpful. The veterinarians are incredibly competent; I highly recommend this practice. However, the young women at reception hide behind their monitors and don't know how to talk to patients. You feel unwelcome, and they also discuss private matters and organizational issues of the practice overhearing everyone present.
