Reviews
After a desperate search for a large animal veterinarian, Ms. Tesch kindly agreed to drive the kilometers to Hohen Neuendorf in Oberhavel to treat my ewe, who was suffering from milk fever. She did this selflessly after 12 hours of continuous work. She did it with great care and professional expertise. She is not only a very good veterinarian, but also a helpful and wonderful person. Thank you so much, Ms. Tesch!
Thank you for your help 🙏🏼 I found an injured pigeon and contacted several places (veterinarians and animal shelters), but no one could help me. Through Ms. Hegewald, I learned about the practice, and I was able to bring the little pigeon in. It was examined and then placed in safe hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking in and caring for the little pigeon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
It's getting emotional now. I moved to Bernau a year and a half ago. My Chihuahua, Timmi, already had a heart condition at that time. Then he developed fluid in his lungs and cancer. The veterinary team lovingly prepared me for his death. It was my decision when he would be put to sleep. Little Timmi was almost 16 years old when I decided to say goodbye to him. What was absolutely crucial for me was the wonderful atmosphere. I sat on a sofa in the doctor's office with my beloved pet. Dr. Tesch calmly explained everything she was going to do. I was able to hold my "chubby one"—that was a word I often called him—in my arms. He received two injections and fell asleep in my arms, wrapped in my sweater. He was then placed in a small coffin that I had bought, with all the time I needed and was given. Afterwards, there's a time when you feel like you're dying yourself. You wonder if it was right or wrong to have him euthanized. But after some time, you come to realize that it was the right thing to do and that you have the option of letting the animals go. I would like to express my sincere gratitude, now that more than two weeks have passed since my little rascal passed away, for the incredibly compassionate way Dr. Tesch handled it. Mrs. Holdstein
