I have very mixed feelings about this place. The man who was helping the doctor approached the cat, not delicate at all, claiming that the cat was aggressive, what shocked me and my partner. After RTG cat was very scared. They claimed it is gas and the cat is fine. The next day, we had to return, and the state of my cat was worse. We got another RTG (USG person is only on Fridays) and finally correct diagnosis. I have very mixed feelings about this place. Anyways we never returned. Currently we switched to a different clinic (at Polish border), where I have a better trust.
We were waiting 24.05.2024 about 2.5 hours to make a bloodtest and control visit that another Doktor of this Klinik recomended to make with our ill cat. We had an appointment on 2 pm. But on 16 20 we were not in the cabinet, because the doctor Rau didnt want us to see or maybe she didnt like our cat or something else. I really dont know. We told several times that we didnt feed cat before the Test and he had anemia and some problems with feeding. At 16 we was told that we will be next, but another patients come to cabinet. Until our waiting we asked about our appointment severwl times, but we were told that there are many emegensy patients, but I saw only one.. but 2 or 3 dogs that came after us was wellcome, but not we. I know how emergensy patients looks like, unfortunately. They were not emergensy at all. Their handlers and dogs were were positive and there were not any emergensy at all.
Top Ärztin! The best doctor we have ever met, the patient is examined very carefully. And the prices are adequate.
My experience it's unfortunately really bad . For the bunny lovers I can't recommend this practice.
