An unplanned visit to the vet is rarely a pleasant experience. But I have to say, from scheduling the appointment to paying the bill, the service was simply first-class! We all know that things can go wrong in everyday life, and that was true for me too, but let me explain. I was given the choice of 4:15 PM or 5:45 PM via email. I chose 4:15 PM, but when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told I had been there at 4:45 PM. I thought, okay, I must have gotten something mixed up in the daily rush. But no, it turned out that the colleague had made a typo… They apologized immediately, and let's be honest, Who hasn't experienced this before? 😅 It wasn't a problem for me since I needed a last-minute appointment. I was just glad to be able to get in so quickly. (I wrote an email on Sunday explaining the problem and even got a reply.) You could tell right away that my four-legged friend would be in good hands. They asked what was wrong with him and showed genuine interest (I hadn't been to the vet before). After a brief chat and another apology for the mistake, I waited a short while for the vet. While I was waiting outside, the vet opened the door a moment later and apologized again for the error, assuring me I'd be seen soon. In the examination room, things continued smoothly. They listened attentively, took their time, and even apologized again. It became clear that he needed surgery, and they recommended two clinics. After what I considered a very helpful consultation, I left the room. After a very good consultation, I left the room. They even asked me to let them know how my dog was doing once everything was over. After paying the bill and wishing my dog a speedy recovery and asking me to let them know how he was doing and what the outcome of the surgery was, I went home. So what went wrong? It was simply a typo about 30 minutes. I'm not upset about it... such a small mistake happens to everyone, and we should consider what veterinarians and veterinary technicians experience all day long. We all know how difficult it is to find enough staff. Everything was perfect for me here. The value for money, if I may call it that, was very, very good! A big thank you to the entire team! I was amazed that such a place still exists. I'll gladly come back! And I'll send you a little thank you in the next few days. ☺️
