I’m sharing my sister’s story about her little Bella 😞 I can’t even describe how painful this is for our family. She went for a simple check and ended up in emergency surgery. Please, please be careful and always stay with your pets. No animal deserves this 💔 This level of treatment is not normal and not acceptable. Someone who treats animals like this should not be in this profession. Please read and be careful where you go!
Highly competent and incredibly friendly. She takes her time and explains things so clearly that even a layperson can understand. We are so grateful, because without Dr. Ehmsen, our puppy wouldn't be with us anymore. Thank you so much!
I am writing this review to warn other pet owners. We brought our small dog (4.5 kg) in for a routine heart check, with no prior issues — she was healthy and full of energy. During the visit, the owner was not allowed to stay in the room. After the examination, our dog came out shaking, crying, and unable to walk. She was given painkillers and sent home without proper explanation. We immediately went to another clinic, where she required emergency surgery. The diagnosis was severe trauma: hip displacement and muscle damage, consistent with rough handling. This has been an extremely traumatic experience for both the dog and us as owners. No animal should ever leave a routine check in this condition. We strongly advise others to be cautious and always insist on being present during examinations.
Thank you, I felt very comfortable. Everyone was very empathetic and kind. They handle animals very calmly and gently. They are also very competent. Thank you all.
Professional and thorough treatment. The doctor and the assistant were both very kind and friendly. They answered all my questions, explained everything very clearly, and I received the results that same afternoon.
