I've been taking my cats to Dr. Balzer for several years now, and of course, when I heard about her move and new practice, I followed her. I have a very difficult cat, and Dr. Balzer was the only vet who could reach him and whose treatment was truly successful. I saw her during her nighttime emergency service, which she also offers at the new practice. Her expertise, patience, and thorough care saved my pet's life, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. My cat is almost 18 years old now, and if he's ever unwell, I know exactly where I would call and go first. P.S.: The great thing is, you can also book appointments online outside of regular hours.

My cat Cleo had surgery today at the SB² veterinary clinic, and I'm completely satisfied. The surgery itself went smoothly: the tooth extraction was explained clearly, and the team made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. A particularly positive aspect is that the clinic offers surgeries on Saturdays, which is a huge relief for working people and significantly reduced the stress during the planning phase. The service level is first-class: both veterinarians are characterized by friendliness, competence, and patience. They take the time to explain all the steps of the procedure before the surgery in detail, clearly explaining everything, and patiently answering any questions. The clinic has modern technology, so many examinations can be carried out right there on-site. This saves both the animal and the owner a lot of stress. After the procedure, Dr. Stephanie Balzer gave me a very thorough explanation: she described in detail what was done, why, and what aftercare is necessary. All at fair prices. Overall, we felt well cared for from the start. The team's calming manner, clear communication, and reliable aftercare make this practice a top choice – especially for busy pet owners. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. Cleo and we as a family sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent care.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this veterinary practice. The man on the phone and in person seemed unsure and incompetent, as if he hadn't been properly trained. The practice is generally very difficult to reach by phone. My cat was clearly suffering from severe tooth pain and hadn't eaten dry food for a week. Despite explicitly asking for it, he received no pain medication whatsoever; they claimed it wasn't necessary as long as he was eating wet food. This is completely incomprehensible to me. Furthermore, the treatment recommendations seemed highly contradictory. First, they wanted all his teeth, including the healthy ones, removed, then suddenly it was "only" four. On top of that, there were additional services such as swabs for €230, blood tests (which is understandable), and multiple dental x-rays, both before and after the procedure. The surgery alone was supposed to cost around €1300. Overall, I got the impression that they were more concerned with making money than with the animal's well-being. Since everything seemed too inconsistent to me, and my cat didn't receive any pain medication despite being in pain, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice based on my personal experience. It's no substitute for my previous vet in any way! They charged €69.00, but my cat received no help whatsoever! And this was from a vet who supposedly owns cats herself. I now prefer to drive 25 minutes to another veterinary practice where my cat received loving care. They only extracted a single tooth, which was perfectly sufficient, and he's doing wonderfully again today. There, the animal's well-being truly comes first.

The fact that they acted so quickly and professionally is truly remarkable and demonstrates the team's exceptional dedication. Excellent care from two competent, warm, and friendly veterinarians. We feel very well looked after here. Their dedication to their profession and their love for animals are palpable. Thanks to online appointment booking, waiting times are reduced to a minimum. We highly recommend this practice.
