Our dog Telso had surgery performed by Ms. Rummel. From the very first moment, we felt we were in good hands with her. She explained everything to us calmly and thoroughly. Many thanks to Ms. Rummel and the entire team.

On behalf of Victor, I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Schneider for the treatment and care she gave my Labrador. He's doing much better! We'll manage the rest too 😉. I have rarely consulted such an empathetic and professional veterinarian. Thank you again!

"A huge thank you to the entire team at Dr. Rummel's Veterinary Clinic! My Labrador, Luci, 8 years old, has been a patient at the clinic for several years due to various past ailments. In 2024, she was unfortunately diagnosed with bilateral osteoarthritis in her hips, without any prior indications. Genetic predisposition and persistent obesity were some of the contributing factors. A Labrador – a real eating machine! Ms. Beggerow created a feeding plan, which involved a complete change of food to specific amounts. Effective pain medication was identified and administered as needed. Since the condition had progressed significantly, Ms. Geisdorf provided physiotherapy, massages, and muscle-building exercises. Dr. Rummel regularly monitors the results and progress, while Ms. Selack and Ms. Schneider monitor and treat other ailments such as ear infections. Since 2025, Luci has made fantastic progress under the guidance and support of the veterinary team and now weighs 27 kg (formerly 2000 kg)." (36kg), is agile and mobile again, enjoying life – thanks to the help and guidance of the veterinary team, including Ms. Holm and Ms. Tews from reception, who were and still are often my confidants. I would also like to emphasize the friendly and gentle approach, the encouraging and uplifting words. You have my complete trust. Thank you for being there! 5 stars. Best regards, Ralf Lorenz ...”

Since I've had bad experiences with Ms. Seelachs, and she was only theoretically sure of what she was doing and was wrong every time, as well as being very unfriendly and dismissive, I wanted to exclusively take my pet to Mr. Rummel for veterinary treatment. Last year in January, to be precise, January 18, 2025, I was at the vet's office on a Sunday with my beloved friend, my everything, my pet, my companion, my protector, Perci, because he was in distress and couldn't breathe. He was suffering from severe cramps. I went to the vet immediately, and only Ms. Seelachs and one other nurse were there, which naturally made me even more anxious. She didn't take all the necessary steps to give my cat back his life and his health. When I arrived, she immediately told me that Perci had no chance, even though I had asked her to do everything humanly possible to make my cat better. She told me it might take a little longer before she called me, but the call came almost immediately. I arrived at my apartment about half an hour later. I went there right away, and what she told me sounded like gibberish. She hadn't performed any of the tests she'd tried; even two blood tests weren't measurable, which suggests the lab equipment isn't working properly. I spent an hour outside on the phone trying to get a second opinion. Unfortunately, it was no use. She casually stated, without taking a second blood sample or even showing or performing an ultrasound of my cat, that his kidneys were failing because his creatinine level was undetectable. Since I'd done some research, I knew that couldn't be true. When I went back inside and saw my pet lying there sedated, she tried to convince me to have him euthanized. She said my cat was in so much pain, but that wasn't the case. I know my cat better than anyone, and he was lying there sedated, seemingly free of pain. I asked her three times to take a second blood test, but she refused repeatedly. She still told me I should hurry because she wanted to finish work. And she simply refused to take any further steps, which is documented in writing, as well as in the preliminary examinations and the phone calls I had made beforehand. This, as I know now, tells me that the procedures weren't medically sound. Because I was emotionally distraught and had cried a lot, it seemed to me as if she was taking advantage of me and trying to make me believe there was simply no hope left. She even accused me of questioning her medical competence just because I asked her to take a second blood test. They even tried to convince me that I couldn't do that to my cat if I didn't help Perci into a deep sleep right away. I wrestled and ran around for two hours. And she didn't even give me the impression that I could take him with me. Even that, as a human being, is the very least she should have done as a gesture of goodwill, the bare minimum, of course. Unfortunately, I have to take this step. It was my heart's desire, and therefore I am willing to take further steps. She also accused me of not having enough money, even though I told her that I, or rather my father, would pay enough to ensure his well-being. Just as my father had done before.

Vacation on Usedom. The long drive didn't agree with our miniature schnauzer "Lady." It was our first time here and we were absolutely thrilled. A great team, amazing treatment, and the little one was helped back on her feet. Top-notch. A 10 out of 10.
