We would like to express our immense gratitude to the veterinary clinic that not only saved the life of our girl, Summer, but also her puppies! Due to the irresponsible treatment at a dog boarding facility, Summer ended up with an unplanned pregnancy. Thanks to the attentiveness and professionalism of the veterinarians, the issue was noticed in time, and a C-section gave two puppies the chance to be born and bring joy to us and their new families. Now we have an amazing mix of Shiba Inu and Labrador – the puppies have grown up to be kind, intelligent, and absolutely adorable! Their new families are overjoyed, and we are incredibly grateful to the clinic for their care, support, and outstanding medical service. I also want to highlight that Summer has been receiving care at this clinic since she was three months old, and in all these three years, we have never had a single issue – even despite the language barrier. I speak English and have limited knowledge of German, yet the staff always finds a way to explain everything clearly and provide the best care. Every visit here brings not only confidence in our pet’s health but also a feeling of kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. Thank you for your work, compassion, and dedication to our furry family members! 🩷

We had a mixed experience with this veterinary clinic. On Saturday, June 7, 2025, in the evening, we received competent and friendly care from a female veterinarian, who examined our dog’s swollen paw and proposed a conservative and thoughtful treatment plan. She suggested using a drawing ointment (Ichthyol) to see if a suspected foreign object could be expelled naturally before considering more invasive steps. This approach struck us as both reasonable and careful. We received very clear and detailed explanations (accompanied by an x-ray of our dog's paw) which we would rate with five stars. However, our follow-up appointment on Monday, June 9 at 11:15 am was deeply disappointing. A different veterinarian (male) saw our dog and disregarded the previously agreed treatment plan. After checking our dog's paw, he told us that we should come back in two days, and if the suspected object could not be removed at that point, our dog would need an immediate surgery under full anesthesia. This came to us as a surprise since the first vet explained that she would try applying the ointment multiple times before reverting to surgery. However, we received no explanation as to why the conservative treatment was being abandoned so quickly, nor why a local anesthetic wouldn't suffice. Equally concerning was the vet’s cold and detached approach to our dog: he treated our dog as a mere object rather than a family member. Finally, he had an unprofessional and dismissive attitude towards us. When I asked whether I could explain the situation in English (as I am not fluent in German), he curtly responded: “Nein. Ich verstehe kein Englisch.” This lack of flexibility and empathy, particularly in a medical context, was both unnecessary and disappointing. We are now seeking a second opinion, as we felt the consultation lacked both clarity and proper consideration of our dog's condition and history.

Even if you have an appointment, you might be in the situation where you have to wait until you are called, but that is just because they take their jobs very seriously and they give everything they have to save the animals. They managed to save the family cat who had severe kidneys problems. For that a big Thank You. I will not mention the fact that if you have animals, you should also have an insurance for them or saved money, just for cases like this. Be responsible.

The best Tierklinik/ veterinarian, I have seen over the last 4 years, which is the age of my cats. Very competent team, personal treatment, honest, and stress relieving for both; the pet and the owner. The team is impressive; they work in harmony like an efficient beehive, no matter which un-heavenly hour your animal decides to get sick. They make you wish that they were your Hausarzt as well. Thanks for taking such a loving care of Hadid, you have got the good cat this time; wait until you see Mau Mau “der Schreiende“! Thank you all.
