A huge thank you to the entire team! ❤️ We took our dog to the clinic for tumor surgery and felt incredibly well cared for from the very beginning. All the veterinarians were incredibly empathetic, took their time, and addressed our individual situation. The consultation was competent and easy to understand, and the prices were absolutely fair – which is really hard to find these days. We also especially appreciate that the clinic is open on Saturdays. A veterinary practice with heart, expertise, and a great deal of dedication – highly recommended!

We searched for so long for a veterinarian for our cats who was competent and knew what cat-friendly handling meant. Unfortunately, that's a rare combination in this area, but with Dr. Herrmann, we finally found just the right vet. Her assistant (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) was also incredibly gentle with our Sunny. Sadly, her condition is very serious, but thanks to the entire compassionate practice team, I don't feel alone during this difficult time, with so much uncertainty and anxiety, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. They carefully consider all options and decide together which measures might cause unnecessary stress for our pet and what truly makes sense. I admit, due to various experiences at other practices, we're quite distrustful of veterinarians, but here, even during the first examination, we felt we could simply trust a doctor. We couldn't have found a better place.

I brought my two dogs to see Ms. Kasper, a specialist in dermatology, who was referred to me by our regular vet. We were greeted very warmly and kindly by Ms. Weigand right from the start – that was a nice touch. Ms. Kasper and her colleague (whose name I unfortunately don't know) took plenty of time for my dogs, so Cookie didn't feel pressured and cooperated well with the thorough examination. Thanks to detailed and insightful questioning, they were able to make a diagnosis and provide us with a recommendation for further treatment – ​​focusing on what was necessary and appropriate. All in all, we highly recommend her, thank you! ☺️

I'd like to give a huge compliment! This is by far the best and most modern veterinary practice in the Alzenau area. My dog ​​isn't the easiest, but they treat her with incredible patience and love. Both the veterinarians and the entire team are absolutely competent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! ☺️
