I took my dog ​​to this practice for a checkup about two months ago. According to the vet, nothing abnormal was found on the x-ray taken during the checkup. Nevertheless, I was referred to a rehabilitation clinic because my dog ​​had back pain. At the rehabilitation clinic, however, the therapist immediately noticed something on the x-ray—something the doctor had previously overlooked. A second x-ray was then taken under anesthesia, and suddenly the doctor also noticed a change in his back. My dog ​​was then given medication that he was supposed to take permanently. I found the doctor's language to be unsympathetic and difficult to understand. Yesterday, I finally went to a new vet because my dog ​​was barely eating. They discovered that he had about 4 liters of fluid in his abdomen and a cyst or tumor. He had to be put down immediately. He would have turned 9 years old in December. I am deeply saddened and also very angry because this condition could have obviously been detected and treated much earlier. My conclusion: If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this practice.

The assistants are very good. The vet seems to be more concerned with money. First, she rushed through the treatment, then pushed the employee away from the treatment area so she could collect the payment herself. Why don't you let your employees handle things (at least billing)? Or do you perhaps not trust your employees or consider them incompetent? Then she complained about my debit card payment, as there are fees for these transactions. But she wouldn't accept payment by invoice either. The vet causes stress for both pet owners and employees and doesn't even realize it. She needs to relax a little, spend more time with the animal, and let the employees do their jobs—they're very good at it and can do it without stress. My dog ​​was rushed through. Black claws, which require extra care because of the blood vessels, were simply cut off quickly. Apparently, she didn't have time. Many claws were bleeding. The dog was so stressed that his nose kept running. ... My dog ​​just wanted to go outside. So she pulled on the leash with all her might. Later, she hid away. She was completely unresponsive that day. We changed vets.

I've always taken our animals to Dr. Mannhardt, and I'm very satisfied now with my first pets of my own. Fair, competent, and kind treatment. A pleasant practice where you always feel well cared for.

Dr. Mannhardt and her team are fantastic. They care for the furry friends with great love and expertise, and are also very attentive to the needs of their owners. The practice is easy to reach by phone, and appointments are available quickly. We feel very well cared for at the practice so far.
