Paying €40 for absolutely nothing is outrageous. No blood test, no temperature check... NOTHING. The questions that were asked could have been answered without subjecting our dog to the stressful car ride.
We were able to get an emergency appointment on the evening of the Wednesday before Corpus Christi without any problems. Ms. Bethenkat was very careful with our dog and treated him very calmly and, above all, very competently, giving us, as owners, a feeling of security. She fully addressed our problems. We'll be back.
