Reviews
We brought our anxious dog to your practice today. As soon as we entered the examination room, my dog – as is typical for anxious dogs – became very agitated at the sight of the examination table. The vet wanted to check if my dog had an eye problem and asked us to put the dog on the table and hold him still so he could administer eye drops. When my dog became extremely restless, the vet simply stood there without offering any support whatsoever. There was no greeting of the dog, no attempt to build trust, no calm approach, and no effort whatsoever to make the situation less stressful for an anxious dog. After less than two minutes, the vet ended the examination, stating, "That would never work," and sent us away without having been examined. Particularly unacceptable was his subsequent accusation that I, as the owner, was afraid of my own dog. This statement is professionally inappropriate, disrespectful, and demonstrates a lack of understanding of how to handle anxious dogs. This behavior was disappointing, insensitive, and in no way helpful.
Absolutely incompetent and unwilling to listen to advice veterinarians. They destroy an EU pet passport and make a huge fuss. Every veterinarian is required to keep a list of EU pet passports. The breeder simply mixed up the passports. It could have been easily resolved and replaced. Both dogs are verifiably registered, as they have VDH pedigrees. Now a dog is running around without a valid EU pet passport. And this veterinarian has lined her pockets in the process. She should be shut down. A complaint has been filed with the veterinary association.
My whole family has been taking our cats to Dr. Felfalusi for many years. Now I've also come to the vet with my new family member – a Siberian cat – and I felt very comfortable in the practice. The veterinary assistants are very friendly and competent. The doctor even remembered my family and our animals and handled my little one very gently. The treatment went very well, and my little one is in great spirits. I will continue to come back to this veterinary practice.
A very nice veterinarian, very nice assistants. He takes a lot of time for his patients. You feel very well cared for with your dog. I will gladly come again.
