After 16 years together, I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat Rocco. He was able to fall asleep peacefully in my arms here. I would like to sincerely thank the veterinarian and the entire team. Their compassionate and dignified support during this difficult time was a great comfort to me. A truly caring clinic that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We've been using their veterinary services for our dogs for 12 years. We're always satisfied. Ms. Passfeld, in particular, is always very competent and helpful. The team is always friendly and responsive.

Overall, the practice is good. We've had particularly good experiences with short waiting times for emergencies. Five stars for that. For routine appointments, I would only give three stars because they schedule too many appointments. Except for our emergency, we waited an hour every time, even with 12 puppies in the car, despite requesting a quiet appointment (and a 10-minute drive). The most negative experience was when the passports and microchip numbers of two puppies were mixed up, and a vaccination was administered almost unnoticed and spilled onto the floor. In another instance, the microchip fell on the floor and couldn't be found; a new chip was used but glued in with the old number. This became a real problem because there was no longer a matching passport, the vaccinations were invalid, and I had a very unpleasant conversation with the buyers, who then had to pay their vet €50 to create a completely new passport. I found it very disappointing that, after many discussions, the only solution was to have the cost of the replacement credited towards my next visit. On my next visit, €4.95 was deducted from the bill. I had to pay the remaining €45 out of pocket, but selling a puppy without a proper passport is extremely unpleasant. Since then, I've been checking all the microchips myself after they're implanted (they didn't do that there), factoring in the long wait time, and I still come because the practice generally offers good appointment times, you can park right in front and wait outside, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. Therefore, I'm still giving them 4 stars overall.

I went there on short notice on a Saturday because my dog had ticks. The three veterinary assistants were friendly, and after a short wait, I was taken to the examination room with my dog. My dog was given enough time to get used to the room (he's a bit anxious). A short time later, the vet came and removed two ticks quickly and easily. My questions were answered politely. After the treatment came the pleasant surprise: the bill was perfectly reasonable and not inflated. I felt my dog and I were in good hands. It's wonderful to have found another veterinarian with such passion; I hope it stays that way!
