Good team, convenient place for parking. Individual consultation and good care for the animals.
What can I say? I think we've found our vet. It's always so hard to find a vet you just feel comfortable with. All our furry friends (Luci, Die Chefin, and Filou von Schnullipups) have always been well cared for. The practice is clean, and the receptionists and assistants are very friendly. We do have one small criticism, though. The waiting times are sometimes really long, even with an appointment... And then you get the feeling that everything has to be rushed. All in all, we're satisfied so far.
Negative: Not reachable by phone at all, Opening hours don't match what's on the internet... this should be changed. A bit run-down, Somewhat long waiting times even with appointments. Positive: Staff very friendly and helpful. They try to help as much as possible. The doctor is really great.
