Great doctor!

I took my dogs to her in Offenbach and always felt well-advised and in good hands. I felt that Dr. Hauptmann became a vet out of sheer love for animals. She provides thorough information, gives sensible and understandable advice, and understands that very often the pet owner is the patient (much as if hesitating). Unfortunately, I moved away from Offenbach, so I had to go to other vets who... weren't very good. I can only echo the many positive reviews and would like to sincerely thank Dr. Hauptmann again for the wonderful treatment of my dog ​​during his neutering. Thanks also from Yoshi and Trixi (who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 20) for the many healing moments. And I also owe it to Dr. Hauptmann that Trixi was able to reach 20. I took my cat to Dr. Hauptmann's today. We were seen quickly and well cared for. I'll probably only go to her from now on.

An excellent veterinarian. I got an appointment quickly, and Dr. Hauptmann took plenty of time to examine my cat, answered all my questions, and explained her diagnosis. She didn't dismiss my concerns—resulting from previous experiences with serious feline illnesses—which I greatly appreciated. A few hours after the examination, she even called to let me know the results were good. I felt that both my cat and I were in good and competent hands.
