The staff is very friendly and they accept guinea pigs, which isn't available at every veterinary clinic. Prices are reasonable. The doctor is very pleasant and apparently experienced. My first impression was very good. However, I had to wait because this practice is popular. I highly recommend it!
The doctor and staff were very friendly and competent; they took plenty of time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. The practice is very clean and spacious. They were very flexible and quick in scheduling an appointment.
We've taken our animals to Dr. Riechert before, but yesterday we spontaneously brought our goose to her because no veterinarian specializing in poultry was available. She helped us to the best of her ability, which I greatly appreciate. The way she handled the goose was also excellent; I was very pleased. Our Gundula is already feeling much better ❤️
