We came here in a great hurry after we accidentally cut the rabbit's nails and the nails started to bleed. The doctor and the receptionist were very friendly and kind! They not only treated our bunny properly but also told us how to deal with it in the future. I was really warmed by everything here. Thank you so much!

Their website clearly says that you can call them and they speak english. I did call them 5 times and 4 times they hang up on me when I asked 2 times in german and 2 times in english, if we could speak in english. Horrible behavior. The one time I got someone who lived up to the promised language skills and some human decency, they couldn't help me with an oncology bunny case and promised a callback. The promised callback was 1 week ago.

I went in with my cat in a very bad condition in hand. There were people in the registration line, but the lady doing registration noticed us in mili-seconds and acknowledged. There was a doctor or nurse there and she just took my cat before registration and any formality to act fast. After a few minutes a very calm and nice doctor (Dr. Thomas Reinelt) came, took us to an empty room and he explained us everything with patience and calmness. The doctor and the staff let us stay in that room, because the condition was urgent and my cats situation was very bad, they had full sympathy and understanding towards us. My cat died, but I am only satisfied with what they did, how they did it and how they treated us, all single one of them, especially ofcourse Dr. Thomas Reinelt. He took as much time needed with us, explained all and answered all our questions as much possible, even we called the day after for another question he himself called us back very shortly. To take my cat from the clinic with us, they provide a box for us. My cat was covered in a blanket and they let us take the blanket (which I’ll return but they didn’t ask). The team is very big there and at least for emergency situations I can only recommend here, very very professional. I personally think now, that such clinics are better for yearly checkups too. It’s just too far away for emergency and we couldn’t find anything in Frankfurt where we live, especially for such an emergency… one didn’t answer and the other one said that they don’t have a night shift (it was around 18:30 hours on a Sunday), but here it was all full preparation.

Best pet hospital in the region. Our dog started her cancer treatment here, and the entire experience has been as reassuring as it could possibly be under such difficult circumstances. The staff is not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and empathetic. They truly understand what families go through during a process like this and treat both pets and owners with great care and respect. As a side note, their excellent English made everything much easier for us, and they supported us at every step with clear communication and patience.

When we called to make an oncology appointment, the first available date was a month out. The receptionist encouraged us to call regularly and often to see if anyone had cancelled, to hopefully get an earlier date, especially given our dog's breed is prone to aggressive cancer. However, whenever my wife tried calling to enquire about cancellations, no other receptionist would speak to her. Instead, as soon as they heard English they hung up on her or simply did not respond. Once they even waited in silence, ignoring her for 15 min before hanging up on her. Given we are following the suggestion of your own clinic, I cannot stress enough how confusing, distressing and cruel this behavior is.
