The "expert" advice given by this so-called cat psychologist, exclusively over the phone, is an absolute disaster and has already led to several failed attempts at introducing cats. This woman doesn't even bother to make a house call to meet the cats and assess their behavior, yet she claims she can generalize to all cases and "advise" them with a special Royal Canin Calm food and Feliway diffusers. She is a disgrace to the industry and the prime example of how to abuse the title of cat behavior therapist. Uninformed and often desperate cat owners seeking her advice, hoping she can help solve their problems, will be sorely disappointed. I strongly advise against using her services; Ms. Lubich is not worth the money or the wasted time! There is only one cat behavior therapist in the Rhine-Main area whom one can fully trust and who is truly competent, and that is certainly not Ms. Lubich.
