I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Madera and Ms. Grew for their visit today to my mare Elies, who had a hoof abscess. Working as a team, they successfully treated and x-rayed my mare, who is not easy to handle. It had already become apparent beforehand that this horse is not straightforward and difficult to examine with just one person (the veterinarian). They both carried out the entire procedure calmly and with great determination, thus achieving the desired result much more quickly and avoiding unnecessary attempts and x-rays. Just as some farriers shoe horses with their own handler, an experienced clinic member working alongside the veterinarian is sometimes irreplaceable by the horse owner. Thank you again!
