I've known Kirsten for 16 years now as an extremely competent and always helpful veterinarian. She has a huge heart for animals and is compassionate in every way. I trust her completely and feel very well cared for with all my dogs. Thank you for being you, dear Kirsten. Your voice, your actions and dedication to all animals make you unique to us 🙏

Best veterinarian in the world! Ms. Tönnies truly cares about animals, and this is evident in her commitment to animal welfare. She exposes injustices. People who get their animals from breeding programs that cause suffering, illegal trade, or who don't treat their animals well (including in equestrian sports) receive criticism from her—and rightly so! Out of ignorance, I got a Maine Coon from a hobby breeder, and he has two hereditary diseases due to poor breeding. I learn from my mistakes; others unfortunately don't. Pawi has already had bilateral hip dysplasia surgery, and he's doing great again. Hindocytosis (HCM) needs to be monitored; it's stable and not progressing. His father has had HCM for 10 years and is still symptom-free. We'll be stopping by soon. When are you reopening, Ms. Tönnies?

A fantastic veterinarian who truly cares for her patients with dedication. I've taken my chickens there several times, and while other vets often look down on you (it's just a chicken, after all), Ms. Tönnies has always treated the animal with respect. Unfortunately, it's always very busy there, so you should allow plenty of time, which speaks volumes for this vet.

If there were a zero-star rating, I would give it; this woman is ruining equestrian sport. Plenty of horses have neurological issues, and that has nothing to do with the bridle, and there are horses that naturally move that way. I wouldn't let this woman near my horse.
